As you work with Lauren, you'll create a better relationship with your nutrition through understanding the benefits and functions of food. Lauren works in all areas of wellness but specializes in sports nutrition, digestive health, pregnancy/postnatal nutrition, blood sugar management, weight loss, and healthful food relationships. As all individuals have specific needs, Lauren works with you individually to determine what nutrition guidance you may benefit from most.
When working with Lauren for lifestyle wellness, you'll begin with a complementary phone consultation to discuss your current health and wellness. As you move forward on your wellness journey, you'll meet for an initial nutrition assessment where Lauren will gather detailed information. Together, you'll build a nutritional plan suited to your needs and you'll receive a detailed visit summary for guidance going forward.
STAY CONNECTED & SUPPORTED
You'll continue to meet with Lauren for 45-minute follow up appointments until you feel that you've mastered your nutrition and have gained a better understanding of your overall lifestyle wellness. Lauren will help you with all areas of life including nutrition, stress management, sleep, exercise, mindfulness, and more. Lauren believes life is meant to be enjoyed and is here to help you thrive on a daily basis.
